Niall Reenan

Chief Technology Officer

Niall leads Retech Offshore’s technology strategy and platform development, overseeing the design of secure, resilient systems for remote and operational environments. He brings more than 18 years of experience in scientific computing, network infrastructure, cybersecurity and the development of systems that support complex technical operations.

His career spans the natural resources, industrial, telecommunications and government sectors, giving him a broad understanding of the security, reliability and practical challenges involved in deploying technology across demanding environments.

Shane Reenan

Chief Executive Officer

Shane drives Retech Offshore’s vision and growth, working closely with customers to develop practical solutions to complex operational challenges. He brings more than 25 years of experience in marine and offshore operations, including skippering vessels and supporting CTV and USV missions for major energy companies such as BP, Statoil and SSE.

He has also built and led high-performing teams across marine logistics, safety and offshore support, giving him a practical understanding of the demands of complex offshore projects.
